How to Use a Panty Liner (Step-by-Step)
1. Start with clean, dry underwear for best adhesion.
2. Wash your hands before and after.
3. Unwrap and peel off the backing to expose the adhesive.
4. Place the liner centered on the gusset (crotch area) with the sticky side down. Smooth it flat.
5. Adjust positioning if needed after pulling underwear up.
How Often to Change?
▪️ Disposable liners: Change every 3–4 hours or sooner if damp.
▪️ Reusable liners: Change every 4–6 hours and wash properly.
